Thank you for shopping with zenvani. We are committed to providing quality natural Miswak Siwak wooden toothbrushes that are handmade and eco-friendly. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding refunds and returns.
Returns and Refunds Eligibility
We accept refund requests for products that are unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
Due to the handmade nature of our natural wooden toothbrushes, please ensure the product is securely packaged when returned to avoid shipping damage.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not returned in their original packaging. Additionally, personalized or customized orders are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund via PayPal within 7 to 10 business days. The refunded amount will be the purchase price of the item(s) minus any original shipping fees.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely. zenvani is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the refund process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately within 7 days of delivery by emailing zenvani@wshu.net or calling 0161 626 9842. Provide your order information and supporting photos. We will review the case and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
